PRODUCT / MERCHANISE RETURN POLICY
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Due to health regulations, we cannot take back, buy back or refund any opened or used products. Exception: A store credit may be given for any opened item that is returned within 14 days due to an adverse reaction caused while the product was being used, based on the evaluation and discretion of SKN BAR RX. All prescription products are final sale.TREATMENT REFUND POLICY
At SKN BAR, we offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected, provided or used in your treatment.TREATMENT PACKAGES / SERIES REFUND POLICY
Once a package or series of treatments has begun (1 or more treatments within the package/series has been used) all services within the package or series will be considered rendered and are non-refundable. If a patient experiences an adverse reaction caused by a treatment within their package or series, the remaining treatments may be transferable to other SKN BAR RX treatments at the discretion and evaluation of SKN BAR RX.GIFT CARDS
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if stolen or lost. Please note that gift certificates may not be returned or refunded.CARE CREDIT
