Grace is a Patient Coordinator at our Pewaukee location and the first point of contact for many guests at SKN BAR Rx. Currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations at Illinois State University, Grace combines her communication skills with a genuine passion for people. She ensures every client feels welcomed, valued, and guided toward the treatments and providers that best suit their needs.

Her expertise includes:

• Patient Experience & Coordination – Streamlines scheduling, communication, and clinic flow to create a smooth, stress-free visit.

• Guest Relations – Provides a warm, welcoming environment that sets the tone for each patient’s journey.

• Clinic Support – Acts as the bridge between clients and the esthetic team, helping patients feel confident in their next steps.

Grace’s philosophy is rooted in positivity and attentiveness—she believes the smallest details can make the biggest difference in helping patients feel seen, heard, and cared for.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys trying new restaurants with friends, spending time at the lake, hiking, swimming, and catching live music. She practices self-care through meditation, journaling, and fueling her body with nourishing foods.
